Stumbling upon things that you’re glad to find is what serendipity is all about! I’m not sure whether you mean you want to create a website with the ‘moving card’ feature I have on my homepage or something a little simpler. This web is a wordpress based website and the basic system is pretty easy to set up and use though I had professional help with the basic set up and clever stuff (the card images). Lots of people use wordpress successfully without using professional web designers – it all depends on what features you want. I now maintain the web myself – making changes/adding things is really quite simple if you are reasonably computer literate (MS word etc).
